Two-Year Limited Warranty

Coverage Period: This warranty covers a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery.

 

Scope of Coverage:

  • Materials and Workmanship: Recliner Sofa warrants that all components, including materials, foam, frame parts, and mechanisms (including motorized parts), are free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.

 

Exclusions:

  • Fabric and Leather: Normal fabric fading, shrinking, or stretching is not covered. Natural markings, stretching, and shrinking of leather are inherent characteristics and not considered defects.
  • Foam Compression: Natural compression of foam over time is not covered.
  • Improper Use: Damage resulting from improper cleaning, abuse, or abnormal use voids this warranty.

 

Claim Process:

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
  • Procedure: To initiate a claim, contact our customer support at [email protected]. Unauthorized returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will not be accepted.

 

Limitations:

  • Non-Transferable: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Exclusion of Incidental or Consequential Damages: Recliner Sofa is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, even if advised of such possibilities.

 

Five-Year Frame Warranty

In addition to the Two-Year Limited Warranty, Recliner Sofa offers a Five-Year Limited Warranty on the internal frame components of our furniture.

Coverage Period: This warranty covers a period of five (5) years from the date of delivery.

 

Scope of Coverage:

  • Frame Integrity: Recliner Sofa warrants that the internal frame components are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

 

Exclusions:

  • Surface Finishes: Fading, discoloration, or scratches on external surfaces are not covered.
  • Improper Use: Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications voids this warranty.

 

Claim Process:

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
